Alpine Inn

Alpine Inn is a nice little option for those looking for a cheaper stay in the area. All the rooms here are ground floor (this was not apparent to me from the website). I stayed in a renovated king room, which was spacious and met my needs. The polyester sheets had an extra fleece blanket, and the temperature control unit worked well for both heat and AC. The carpet clearly had not been vacuumed when I arrived (it was later during my stay) and there were many corners of the room that weren’t the cleanest. I came back to ants on my nightstand, even though I hadn’t left any kind of food out and it was my first evening there. It seems a previous guest had sprayed maybe soda everywhere, as once I started wiping it down, the nightstand was clearly covered.. as were the insides of the lampshades and the temp control unit. There was a collection of hair and dust on the base of the bed by the headboard. The sheets were clean though (and did stay ant free), and no sign of other bugs. The tub was nothing fancy, but it drain surprisingly well. The water pressure was good. Only bars of soap were provided, no shampoo or conditioner. No hairdryer, safe, or alarm clock in the room. Just a small TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Plenty of cabinetry as well if you’re staying for a longer period, and two closet areas in my room. Staff was super kind and friendly every time I interacted with them. They deleted my original reservation on accident, but were happy to work with me to make everything right. Location is nice as it’s not too far away from downtown.

Arrived a little earlier than expected, but Shannon was able to check us in on top of having exquisite customer service. Shannon answered a few questions I had and made the checking in process extremely easy. Have been here a week now and I would highly recommended to anyone! Thank you Shannon for your excellent service!

I love this Hotel. And the people are kind and helpful. There for you 24/7. Shannon was very helpful nice and cheerful. She made my day being patient with me.

I had a great stay at The Alpine Inn Yesterday. Shannon was so cool and very helpful, She’s amazing I would definitely keep coming in the future. This is an awesome hotel. Thank You guys!

I have VERY low needs for a Hotel. Good AC, No Bugs, Clean Bed and I am pretty much good. I prefer a budget Hotel. I hate spending a lot of cash just to sleep. THIS Hotel is better than most budget Hotels. The room was spotlessly clean. Plenty of Towels were supplied and MORE were offered. The place is neat and clean and there are several ICE Machines that work. It is run by Americans. It has American pride all over it. They did NOT ask for a cash deposit. If I am ever in the area again I will look no further than the Alpine Inn.

We were stranded in Rockford due to our truck needing a battery. We were from out of town. We picked this hotel because it was close to restaurants and Firestone. Amy greeted us as we arrived. She was very knowledgeable on where we could order food and the area. She helped us with the vending machines. Our room was nice and clean. King bed was very comfortable and the heater worked great. Liked that all rooms are on the ground level. Hotel was close to restaurants. Checking out Shannon advised that since our car was not done, we could wait in their lobby for as long as we needed. Great employees and hotel highly recommend.

I have known Shannon and Amy for quite sometime,they both are very friendly,warm hearted and they will make you and your stay very comfortable they will make sure that you have the best customer service and the best stay. My experience staying at the alpine inn I would recommend anyone to the alpine inn enjoy my stays and I would come again I didn't have complaints the beds are comfortable

Shannon was an extremely nice lady who cares for her residents who stay if it's one night or a week or a month if I'm ever in the area again I will always use your service at Alpine inn outstanding customer service outstanding maintenance team there are people that care what most hotels don't I will always remember my stay there and Shannon is extremely nice plus the maintenance team sincerely Tom McGuire

Shannon is A very hard worker with a great attitude always checking on us i think she's a great employee she's definitely a keeper

I have been dealing with Alpine Inn for many years on and off but the staff now is by far the best. Shannon at the front desk is AWESOME! She explained all my options of rooms I could rent. Considering I have a dog she explained everything I asked and needed to know having to do with my pet. Not to mention she pointed me in the right direction of stores/restaurants in the area... If I could give her personally 5 stars I would......
